Simply place all the ingredients in the a food processor, place into mixing bowl, and roll into bite-size balls. Store them in the fridge or at room temperature in the Ello 3.4 Cup container for a delicious late-night snack!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup pistachios

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup pecans

3 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup rolled oats
-
1/3 cup smooth almond butter

2 tablespoons honey
-
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
Method:

In a food processor, pulse pistachios, almonds and pecans until finely chopped.

In a small bowl, whisk together water, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder until smooth. Add this mixture to chopped nuts, along with oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips and dried cherries.

Process until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and mixture begins to ball up in the machine.

Divide and roll into golf-ball-size portions, about 2 tablespoons each. Serve room temperature or chilled.
