Ingredients

1 cup brewed coffee, room temperature

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons red raspberry preserves, divided

6 ounces fresh raspberries, divided

3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs, divided

1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
Method
1. Add coffee, almond milk, maple syrup and cocoa powder to 3-cup bowl and whisk to combine. Add oats and chia seeds, stir until well-combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. The next morning, pour 1/3 of oat mixture into serving bowl and top with raspberry preserves, fresh raspberries, chocolate chips (or cacao nibs) and toasted almonds.
